Picarto - Disable round, yellow emotes in chat

Replaces the yellow emotes in Picarto chat with their text-based counterparts (aka "normal" emotes).

Removes the round yellow faces from Picarto.tv chats and replaces them with their text-based friends. Still allows for the MiMi Smilies and any other custom emoticons.

Also enables the Memes that were disabled. :meme1: through :meme5:
