For use with Torn's Organized Crimes 2.0

- Adds a list of members available for OC 2.0 (optional toggle to view all members).
- While travelling, this list is added to the top of your faction view page.
- Adds a TornTools-like notifier to the sidebar if you are not in an OC (browser only).

Instructions:
Requires Minimal API key with faction access.
Input the API key in the dropdown menu from your userscript extension.

Should work on most browsers, and works together with TornTools extension. Should work on TornPDA.
