Highlight posts based on number of replies

Highlights post based on the number of replies/backlinks:

Posts with 7 or more and 4 to 6 backlinks are highlighted with their font colors. Also, quotelinks to those posts are also highlighted. You can customize color and/or number in the script.
Configure throttle parameter inside the code if you feel the lag
