tag wrangling feature: now incorporates the option to hit the left-arrow key to go to the previous page, if you're on a bin page without tags. that happens sometimes with links based on cached numbers after a wrangling session.
added checks so the navigation won't activate if user is also holding down ctrl/shift/alt (e.g. while highlighting text), or while in a textfield/input field (e.g. while typing up a comment)
