Adds a speedrun timer to Bonk.io, ideal for parkour maps.

Splits have been introduced with the default key being "T". You can change this on Line 145. I've also included a keybind to reset the map which also requires bonk-host. The default key is "R" which you can change on Line 143 or remove if you want.
