This script overhauls the new raffle page, hopefully making the raffle creation process much easier.
A few other changes are made on other pages to make things look a bit nicer.

Among the changes include:

Items are loaded from the steam api and are listed in backpack order
Items have more detailed information available, including strange parts, unusual effects, skin grades etc
The correct images and names are shown for new items including skins
Tidier page layout and more sensible default values

Please note that this detailed information will be displayed only to you on the new raffle page. I may add detailed information for raffle creators on their own raffle pages, but it won't be possible for everyone to see it

I intend to continue working on this and add new features that people will want to use where possible. I currently have the following planned.

Filtering backpack items by name/quality
Hiding items that are already included in another raffle
Detailed item information for the raffle creator on their own raffle pages
