MT Override Date to Beijing Time

Override JavaScript's Date object to always use Beijing time (UTC+8)

如果你的电脑时区不是北京时间（UTC+8），MT不能正确显示已去时间，菠菜截止时间，种子用户最后报告时间等。例如，对于本地时间是美国东部时间的用户，刚发布1分钟的种子，MT会显示发布时间为“12小时内”。

这个脚本可以将MT读取到的本地时间改为北京时间，从而正确显示已去时间。

注意，MT网页上所有时间仍按北京时间显示

The "Elapsed time" function is not working correctly if your local time zone is not Beijing Time (UTC+8). This script changes the time zone setting on MT webpages, so elapsed time is correct.

Note that Occurrence time is still displayed in Beijing Time (UTC+8).
