Remove these reward effects please

This will remove the annoying effects people get when a comment is upvoted or gets rewards. The rewards will stay but the background effects will be removed. It uses attribute selector so not the fastest but it does the job.

You can contact me on reddit if you have issues or more effects are added in the feature. I'll fix it when needed.
