try another solution of setting useServerDrivenAbr to false
don't remove serverAbrStreamingUrl since apparently it breaks playback now
undo previous changes since it causes normal streams to become broken
try to fix a non-working case for streams with server-side ads
only process Live streams with disabled DVR, don't affect VODs
fix for people affected by YouTube's server-side ads (SSAP/SARB)
support m.youtube.com, but still don't match music.youtube
only run on www.youtube, prevent breaking music.youtube
