Change scope to fix it not loading on mod pages

The script did not execute on the search page, now it does.
Updated to work on every download button anywhere on the site instead of the main mod page.thanks to a bug report about this script not working while logged in, it now automatically tries to logs you out if you are logged in (why would you be logged in?)
