MTurk Confirm Return HIT

A prompt to confirm returning a HIT to prevent accidental returns.

Newbi's Confirm Return not working It's enabled. I returned a HIT by accident and nothing happened. Would have been the perfect time for this script to have worked. Should I try reinstalling?
