Allows you to whitelist individual YouTubers so that ads show up on their content, allowing you to support their content.

This is based on https://greasyforks.org/en/scripts/22308-youtube-whitelist-channels-in-ublock-origin, which was based on https://greasyforks.org/en/scripts/13226-youtube-whitelist-channels-in-ublock-origin.

You can generate the rule for your uBlock Origin whitelist by clicking the button next to the 'Subscribe' button under videos, or by clicking the command in the Greasemonkey menu.
