eBay 'My eBay' Hover Button Fix

Prevents the "My eBay" link from navigating when clicked, removes hover delay, moves the menu closer, and adds a disappearing delay.

Every time I click the My eBay button at the top of eBay, I cringe because instead of opening the menu, it navigates to the summary page. But the reason I clicked on it in the first place is because the menu only opens after a delay. This script should take care of that.
